ACCIDENT AT ASCOT.
VIONNET DESTROYED. LONDON, June 16. In the Ascot Stakes, Lord Rothschild's much-fancied Vionnet, "while racing in the lead, fell, and the field galloped over the horse and jockey, Siret, both horse and rider being seriously injured. The horse had to be destroyed. — (A. and N.Z.)
