A FORMAL ANNEXATION. TOKYO, Juno lfi. The Japanese Foreign Office has received information that Russia is formally annexing a section of Mongolia. The authorities are perturbed by constant reports of Russian advances to the south near Peking.—(Sydney "Sun.")
