GOLDEX ALBURXIA. A new company .has been formed called the Goiaeri Alburnia. to work an area ot forty acres of the holding of the Albnrnia Company. The latter company is to get 60.000 shares in the new one, and a scheme has been Inaugurated , under which 5000 shares In "each company are to be held in reserve for the benefit of the employees, wn o will reeeivo their proportion of any dividends paid.. It Is proposed to work the western portion of the property known as Clones, Iβ wDich It is hoped to locate Dlxon's, Sons of Freedom, and Berkeley Castle reefs, which were rici gold producers in the seventies and eighties, A Joint crosscut Is to be put In with the Albnrnin Co. on a course laid down by Mr. E. F. Adams, surveyor. The mine is situated near the head of the Moanataiari Creek, about a mile from Thames foreshore It includes what in other days were the Albnrnia, VPhau, Black Angel, Sons of Freedom and Dlxon claims.
