AUCKLAND DAIRY PRODUCTION
- BECCBRS. INCREASE OVER LAST YEAR. The latest available returns show tftat dairy production in the Auckland province is keeping up wonderfully well for this season, the figures being substantially in advance of those ruling for the corresponding period of 1925. This applies both to butter and cheese. The returns supplied by the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company for butter and cheese graded during the fortnight ended June 9 are as follow:— j 1026. 1025. ! Duttcr. Cheese. Butter. Cheese. I Received 14.050 2.738 10.747 2.336 ! Delivered 40,357 17,170 10,004 200 Other returns show that" the complete seasonal returns up to June 9 are very close to those of the previous season for the slight reduction in butter receipts are practically made up by the increase in the cheese figures.
