STEAMERS COLLIDE IN STORM. VANCOUVER, June 11. A message from Santiago, tlie capital of (bile, says several seamen were drowned when two coastal steamers collided during a gale near Valparaiso. Many small' vessels are believed to have foundered, and further loss of life is feared.—(A. and N.Z.)
