"Production has continued to decline The output in January totalled 59,700 000 barrels, as compared with the 1925 high figure of 68.100,000 barrels last May The January output was slightly higher'than that ol January a year ago, but imports were considerably lower, and the total supply was not only smaller than that or last year, but it was insumeient lo meet requirements.
