MORRINSVTLLE RESOLUTION. BOARD TO BE RESISTED. (By TelegTaph. —Own Correspondent.i MORRt.VSVILLE. this day. At a meetina , of the directors of the Morrinsville Dairy Company, it was decided to forward the following , resolution to the Dairy Control Board: — "That, immediately the New Zealand Dairy Control Board attempts to take compulsory control of any butter from this company, then the company will rake, all constitutional steps to pn'vont this and. further, in the event ■ f the hoard takrin? control <>t -v.-i; burrer. then this company will hold the board responsible for any actions in connection therewith."
