i • R. J. SEDDON. WREATH LAID ON STATUE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The annual ceremony of placing a wreath on the Rt. Hon. R. J. Seddon's monument, was carried out to-day on the twentieth anniversary of his death, when there was a large attendance. Mr. J. J. McGrath, on behalf of the admirers of the late Mr. Seddon, invited the Hon. R. McKenzie to lay the wreath. Mr. McKenzie, in an address, eulogised his former chief and outlined his humanitarian legislation. I . .
