I £2500 FOR AUCKLAND. i £3000 FOR PALMERSTON. ! (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) I PALMERSTON N., this day. The Hospital Board was advised today by the Public Trustee that it is the residuary legatee in the estate of the late James Kirby, formerly a Palmers- | ton North resident, who died in Welling- : ton in March. I The assets in the estate, which is subI ject to the widow's life interest, exceed £5000. Other bequests are £1000 to the Jubilee Institute for the Blind at Auckland, £1000 to the Baptist Church Orphanage of Manurewa, and £500 each to the Methodist Orphanages at Christchurch and Auckland. The amount coming to the local I Hospital Board is estimated at between j £2500 and £3000.
