RISKY RACING.
MOTOR CYCLISTS' INJURED,
FOUR FALLS AT XAPIER.

NAPIEK, Monday. Four riders met with accidents at the motor cycle races this afternoon.
L. Elliott (Kelson), in the lightweight championship, went off at a corner, crashing into a fence and sustaining a badly lacerated leg and injuries to the head. He was sent to the hospital. A. C. McKenzie .(Wellington) fell in the same race, but he was not seriously injured.
In the Perry Cup, L. Coleman encountered a bad patch and fell, and L. Brausch, following-, went over him. Coleman sustained a fractured arm. Brauscb escaped with bruises.
