Wilkinson; judge, Mr. Fred. Browne; timekeepers, Messrs. J. Hubber and Wilkinson. Mr. J. W. Andrew, commodore of the club, also assisted, and his launch, Caprice, was well loaded witli spectators. Mr. E. G. Tyrrell, the honorary secretary, made all arrangements necessary, and he was ably assisted by the com-
