An exciting incident was reported in yesterday's . swordfishing operations at Russell, when one fish, after giving a fine display of" "breaching,"' suddenly, charged the launch front which- it wag hooked. It missed its objective, and in its mad rush-. leaped clean - over the dinghy. -the* line fouled, and then broke, and the swordfish, when last seen, was racing north", leaping and almost standing on its tail in its efforts to free itself ; of the trailing line.
