GERMANS AND YACHT RACES.

BRITAIN REMOVES BAN. LONDON, February 17. The Yacht Association has decided to accept German entries for future events, thus rescinding the ban imposed in 1919, which was supposed to last for ten years. Major Hunloke, skipper of the King's yacht Britannia, said that the Germans hael signed the Locarno Pact, and must i be recognised as friends.
