NORTHLAND TROTTING CLUB.
The Northland Trotting Club's annual meeting to be held at Kensington Park, Whangarei, on March 13, promises to be a great success. The Northern Steam Ship Company publish particulars of excursion trip per Manaia, leaving on Friday, February 12, at 10 p.m. Return fare 35/, available for return until Tuesday, the 10th inst. The company has also made a reduction relative to freight on horses, which may be shipped either by the Claymore or Manaia, and it is advisable that horse owners and trainers arrange with the company early to avoid disappointment.
