MAHARAJAH OF INDORE. DELHr, February 27. The Maharajah of Indore has abdicated in favour of liis son, Prince Jeshwant Kao Holkar. who was born in 1908. The Raj lias accepted the abdication.— (Reuter.) The Maharajah of Indore's name was frequently mentioned in connection with the attempt to kidnap the dancing girl, Mumtaz, in Bombay, a little over a year aso, when one of her escort was killed. The Maharajah, however, denied that, he was concerned in the affair.
