LADY ZAHAROFF. LONDON, February 27. The death has occurred at Monte: Carlo of Lady Zaharoff, wife of Sir Basil Zaharoff, banker, who established the chair of aviation in England and other capitals, and was attached to the Imperial College of Science.— (A, and N.Z. Cable.) * j
