LONDON". January 31. The inquest was resumed at Trow I bridgp Wiltshire, concerning the dentil ! !of Edward C. Richard.-, for the murder, lof whom the soldier Lincoln was M-n-j I fenced to death In.-t week. The jury brought in n vprdii-l of murder by some person unidentified. The foreman said that they wished to add a j rider to the effect that they were of i opinion there had been a grave miscarI riage of justice.
