SMART RESCUE OF THE CREW.
When competing in (he Royal >"•& Yacht Squadron"? ra.-e on Saturday afternoon, the yarht Rawenr, owjied by Mr. A. E. Giflord. Commodore of the Squadron, ua; in the act of gybing round the Rona buoy, off Birkenhead, when the end of Rawene's boom came in contact with the mast oi tho 1-i-footer V class boat. Sea Bubble, and the latter overturned, throwing hrr f- rew of three into the water. Rawenc s skipper promptly gybed again an<i brought his boat right alongside the small craft and got the crew aboard. The launch Moana then came a tiie creff were transferred to her. she also towed Sea Bubble to her moorings none the worse for the accident.
