Herr Mueller demanded that Germany should enter the League of Natione with--3 out delay and unconditionally. He agreed with the view of the other parties 1 that promises made to Germany had not 5 boon fulfilled, but declared that the oppo--1 sitinn to their fulfilment had not come from statesmen, but from military quarters in the Entente owing to the sword rattling German National Press. Count YVestarp. leader of the German Nationalists, bitterly criticised the policy of Herr Stresemann (Foreign Minister).
