j OUTRAGE IN CLARE. MEN DANCERS THRASHED. LONDON. January 19. While a country folks' dance was in progress at Kiltenora. county Clare, a part}" of armed men forced their way into the ballroom and fired shots into the air. The intruders ordered the women to Sfo into another room. Many girls | fainted from fear. Others rushed to the! door-. Thirty male dancers were lined up i against a wall, and were then red singly at a revolver's point into the yard. There each man was soundly beaten and kicked.
