A ROMANCE BEGUN.
BY A SUICIDE PACT. NEW YORK, January 12. Romance which began in a double tragedy has resulted in- marriage. William Dempsey met his fiancee, Mrs. Noonan, beside' a motor car "a year ago. Inside the ear were the dead-bodies of his wife and her husband. They had committed suicide together in accordance with a death pact previously made.
