BROADCASTING.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —I am writing- this as a ..protest against the behaviour of our new Broadcasting Company. Do they by any chance think they are providing a satisfactory service and giving listeners-in a fair deal? It did not take mc long to realise that the only means of hearing the band at Dunedin was to go to the Exhibition. Perhaps faulty apparatus is mi excuse for that, but what is the reason and excuse they offer for cutting out two nights a week at IV.A.? We listeners-in are patient, but it begins to look as though the only way to wake the' Broadcasting Company up is to make loud complaints from one end of Xew Zealand to the other. I know there are many listeners-in who feel the same way—perhaps there are some who have other suggestions to offer.—l am, etc., STEPHEN VELLA.
