EX-SOLDIER'S SUICIDE.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. At the inquest on T-rancls Laurence Scambary, whose body was found in the Manawatu River last week, evidence was given that deceased suffered from war disabilities. A verdict was returned of"Suicide by drowning while in a de-' pressed state of mind, contributed to by war disabilities and financial worry."
