A COMING CLASH. • (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day: The Workers' Industrial Union have •isn't an .ultimatum to . the Colliery .Mechanics' Association to join up with the big uiiion to control the coal mining industry employees before January next. The mechanics decided to retain the entity of their own association, and declined to be absorbed by the Miners' TJnion. It is expected the clash between the two unions will lead to serious trouble in the mining indiistry.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
