"I beleve the Locarno agreement so important to the peace of Europe that it should be accepted by the German Beptiblic, and 1 shall throw all my strength and power toward this end," said Dr. Paul Loebc (President of the Beichstag), who sailed on Thursday after attending the Inter-Parliamentary Conference- He added that Germany would be in the League, "where she properly belongs,' , by the end of the year.— (Reuter.)
