WELLINGTON TOURNAMENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The final of "Wellington ladies' provincial golf championship was decided at 'Miramnr I this afternoon in ideal weather, (Miss Chrystall <Christchurch) defeating Miss Jervis (Hutt), 4up and 3. Neither player reproduced the form shown in the previous rounds, obviously suffering from nerves. I After the 12th, when Miss Chryetall was I 3 up, Miss Jervis, who (had found two bunj kers on the way to the green, played with a lack of confidence that made her defeat certain. A fourJball bogey match was won by Mrs. Webster and Miss Findlay, 7 up. MAUNGAKIEKIE LADIES' CLUB. The following were the best scores returned in the L.G.U. medal match played on the Titirangi links yesterday toy members of the Maungakiekle Ladies' Golf Club—Miss Hill. 03, 21—72; Mrs. 'Nixon, 89. 24—75; Mrs. Napier, 100, 29—77.
