BEWARE OF MINES.
FIELD IN CHINESE WATERS. PEKING, October 16. The harbourmaster at Hongkong has issued a warning that the Canton authorities have laid mines off the Bogue forts. Vessels going to Canton should take on special pilots when proceeding through the mine fields.— (Reuter.)
