LOANS FROM AMERICA.
FUNDING EUROPEAN DEBTS. (Received 2.30 p.m.; WASHINGTON, October 15. The Czeeho-Slovakian Government is floating a £5,000,000 loan in New York to provide for the first payments of the debt funding. Italy will also probably soon arrange the funding of her debt. The city of Frankfurt is floating a loan of £2,000,000 and Nureiwburg one of £-,000,000.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
