BRITAIN IN IRAQ.
THE MOSUL QUESTION. LONDON, October 14. Tlie Parliamentary correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that although no decision on the Mosul question will he reached until the Court of International Justice and the Council of the League of Nations have reported, opinion in the Cabinet is definitely hardening against a lengthy extension of Britain's financial and military commitments in Iraq.— (A. and N.Z.
