HOUSING THE PEOPLE.
BRITAIN'S SLUMS MUST GO. LONDON, October 2. At the ceremony of liis receiving the freedom of Glasgow, Mr. Stanley Baldwin said that the task of improving housing £ conditions demanded the cooperation of the best men and women of all classes.
