LOSS OF SUBMARINE.
RAMMED BY ITALIAN STEAMER CAPTAIN SUSPENDED. ROME. October 1. Inquiry has revealed that the submarine Sebastiano Vnneiro. sunk early in September with the loss of 5.5 of all ranks, mi mm—ipd by tho Italian steamer Capena. The information was conveyed in a letter from an officer of the Capena and -"■as confirmed by examination of the i bottom of the vessel, now docked at London. The captain has been suspended until it is ascertained why he did not report the rammimr.— (A. and I X.Z. Cable.) j
