PROPOSED HAMILTON LOAN. ] c j (By Telegraph.—Own HAMILTON, this day. The Borough Council last evening decided to place a loan proposal before the ratepayers to borrow a sum to erect borough offices on the Alnm Street frontage. The council also decided that no further action be taken at present relating to the uee of the Towa Hall as borough officai.
