TOO MUCH SECRECY. (Bj Telecrapb.—Presg Aesoel«t\oß.) CHPJSTCHURCH, this day. Strong criticism of the- policy pursued by the Government in regard to the expenditure of public money was contained in a report presented to the Canterbury Progress League laet night. One complaint was that too much secrecy obtains in regard to tho amount of money raised and spent by the Main Highways Board. The League decided •to take steps to secure, if possible, * definite statement from the Prime Minister as to the Government's intentions regarding the Lyttelton line. ,
