POLES IN GERMANY. A MUTUAL AGREEMENT. BERLIN, August 12. It appears from an exchange of Notes between the German and Polish Governments that 3000 out of the 20,000 Germane who desire to remain German subjects still remain in Poland, while 1.1,000 out of 15,000 Poles who desire to remain Poles remain in Germany. The German Government, replying to the Polish threat .to expel these foreigners propose that each country leave the others' subjects undisturbed.— (Reuter.)
