TROUBLES OF HOBBS.
LONDON, August 3. J. B. Hobbs, in an article in the "Weekly Dispatch." refers to .the impatience of the public for him to score the century which .will make his aggregate of hundreds. equal to that of W. G. Grace. Hobbs says he has no cricket nerves, but now, for the first time, is having a foretaste of what a nervous breakdown may be. He is pestered night and day by editors for interviews on everything tnat happens in the cricket world, being frequently called out of bed to the 'phone: while interviewers often penetrate the seclusion of his home.
