FINA-S STAGED TO-NIGHT.
..The finals of .the Auckland Military l Sports Association's annual 'boxing tournament will he staged to-night In the Drill Hall, Rutland Street. The programme will Include a number of semi-finals, and an excellent evening's entertainment Is promised, since, the cream of the - competitors will be taking part. Thirty-live bouts were staged last night. In the presence of a good attendance, and the majority of the contests were of,a high standard. The referee <Mr..'T. Sampson) congratulated - Andrews and Chalmers, two shadow-weights, characterising their performance as a credit to themselves, and stating that those responsible for their training were deserving of the highest praise.
