A SMALL PROFIT. (By Telegraph.^—Own Correspondent.) DUNEDIN, Saturday. The annual report of the Dunedin Jockey Club says: "In submitting the annual report and statement of accounts, the committee regrets that the operations of the club for the past year do not disclose a better result. It will be seen that, after writing ot Li t'.l 17/G for depreciation on buildings, there remains a small profit of £42 12/. but it has to be remembered that to accomplish this :i reduction of £1725 was made in stakes. The totalisator investments show a shrinkage i>£ £3S~il. There has been nn increase o£ _l in the membership, which is now 400.
