FOUR MEN. ARRESTEDSAFE BLOWING ADMITTED. GOOD WORK BY DETECTIVES. During the last few months the local detective staff have been busy prosecuting inquiries into the series of burglaries and safe-blowing exploits that have occurred in Auckland and suburbs since the end of 1924. The last few days Detectives O'Sullivan, Barling and O'Brien succeeded in effecting the arrest of fpur young men on charges including breaking and entering and the theft of cigarettes, tobacco, motor cycles, etc. Two of the men have already admitted being connected with moro than one safe-breaking episode, and the police feel confident of clearing up quite a few matters that have given them trouble.
