WHEN WILL THE MONEY COME? (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Mr. Corrigan (Patea) gave notice to-day to ask the Minister of Finance whether he will let the House know when the State Advances Office will be supplied with enough money to enable it to overtake •(he applications they have in hand. Last August, he said, the Department was twelve months behind in dealing with applications, and to-day they are nineteen months behind in dealing with the thousands of applications they have in hand. -. \
