CHARGE AGAINST BANKRUPT.
» ■ "CREDIT WHILE INSOLVENT." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Friday. A man named Walter Henry Clement has been committed for trial on charges of obtaining credit while an undischarged bankrupt. Various amounts concerned total £98 12/, and relate chiefly to deals in motor cars. ' Evidence disclosed that the accused was adjudicated bankrupt in. Invercargill, and it was alleged that he had since secured credit in connection with a garage he proposed to 6tart in Dunedin under the style of "Commercial Motors."
