M. CAILLAUX , MEDICINE. PARIS, May 27. A bitter pill for the French taxpayer is foreshadowed in an appeal to the patriotism of the nation which has been issued by M. Caillaux. .Minister of Kinanee. He is laying down a regime of many taxes. There is to lie heavy taxation on all inromes without exception, and inexorable taxation on wealth. M. Caillaux is aiming first at the rehabilitation of France, preparatory to returning to the gold standard. —Renter.
