DIPLOMATIC QUARREL. PEKIKG, May 27. The Soviet Embassy has handed a memorandum to the Peking Foreign Office complaining that a number of sons of Soviet parents at Harbin have been enlisted for General XetohayefTs force to serve with the Chinese army, under false representations. The Note quotes a3 an instance the presence on Chinese territory of nn detachment of avowedly hostile white bandits. It says this is in direct violation of the agreement between China and the Soviet. The Chinese Government is warned of its grave responsibility in eupportng such a movement.— ( Reutor.)
