An ir..|uest was held nt Creymnutli on the 2Sth nit., touching the de-itli at the Grey Hospital on Sunday, of Alfred Konninji. that on the niorninir of April .:l. deceased called to him savin-. "I Imvr done something 1 shouldn't have done." He showed witness some rat poison, and said he had taken half of it. Witness pave him v. good drink of salt water and told him to see a doctor at once. When he returned after having seen a doctor, he seemed to be all right, and seemed to he pleased. Un the :Mth he took a bad turn, and complained of pains in his chest. He Buffered very badly from piles. Witness <rsive him sum,' milk and soda, after which the doctor came and took him to the hospital.
