WINSTONE PARK ESTATE.
CONCRETE ROAD SCHEME
An agreement was reached last night between Mr. Geo. Winstone and the Mt.
Roskill Road Board for the roading of tlie Winstone Park estate with concrete.
Mr. CJeo. Winstone has agreed to lay a concrete strip 12 feet wide measured from both side kerbs from" Dominion

I this undertaking Mr. Winstone' tmder- ' stands that the Mt. Roskill Road Board
J will take steps at an early date to place ! the matter of a poll to raise a loan for ' the construction of the continuation of I Dominion Road in concrete before .the * ratepayers. When this is done to, Mt. \ Albert Road, Mr. Winstone will continue I the concrete on to Richardson Road. H
