GERMANS IN A BALLOON. CAPTURE BY CZECHO-SLOVAKS EXCITEMENT IN PRAGUE. (By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 11 a.m.) PRAGUE, March 18. A Czecho-Slovakian military aeroplane, observing a German balloon over Pilsen, gave chase. The balloon, owing to a defect, was compelled to descend, when it was found the occupants included a German major and the editor of a newspaper, with photographic apparatus. The Germans were arrested, and the newspapers are excitedly commenting on the incident.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
