The members of the commission set up to exercise the functions of the Crown while the King is out of England arc: Prince Henry, the Kinrs third son; the Archbishop of Canterbury; Viscount Cave,' Lord Chancellor: and" Mr. Stanley Baldwin, Prime Minister. Any. two members of the commission are jointly empowered to act on behalf of His Majesty except in the case of a dissolution of Parliament, the bestowal nf honours, or other matters which in their discretion require the King's nuthnrity. • The installation of Prince Henry as a Priw Councillor is also gazetted.— (Weuter.)
