A message from Cairo states that the state of political parties now is: Zaghlulists 102, others 109. , The Cairo correspondent of the "Times" discloses the fact that the reconstruction of the Egyptian Cabinet by the Prime Minister (Ziwar Pasha) was a tactical move designed to thwart the manoeuvres o f the Wafd party, which supports Zaghlul Pasha.— ("Times" and Heuter.)
