CRIMINALS OF MELBOURNE.
POLICE FLYING PATROLS. MELBOURNE, March .18. The Commissioner of Police is establishing a flying patrol," the members of which are to be equipped with light motor cars and motor cycles. They will work in conjunction with the present wireless patrol with the objest of breaking up the gangs of criminals who are « present terrifying- whole districts and flouting the law.—(A. nnd N.Z.
