PAST PRESIDENT HONOURED. (By Telerrsr-i —Ott2 Correspondent.) CKRISTCHURCH, this day. A very pleasing function took place at the close of the Conciliation Council meeting in connection with the labour dispute in the nursery trade, when the president of the New Zealand Association of Nurserymen (Mr. T. D. Lennie), presented two of the past presidents, Messrs. R. Nairn and A. W. Buxton. with gold badges, commemorating their periods of office. Appreciative addresses were c°livere>i by Messrs. Geo. A. Green and David Lannoch. Messrs. Watson and Sladden, employees" representatives, also spoke, and the recipients suitably responded.
