COMPETITION IN ENGLAND. GOVERNMENT'S PRIZES. LONDON, February 11. Of the 1G entries for the Air Ministry's helicopter competition for prizes totalling £50,000, the only one who has undertaken to carry out tests at Farnborough in April is an American, who will use a machine designed by a Berlin, inventor.
